In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Rancho Cotate Cougars lacrosse squad scored a tight 15-12 victory over the Petaluma Trojans.
The Cougars (3-2) will now prepare for their game against San Marin (Novato, CA). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, San Marin by Justin-Siena (Napa, CA), 20-2, in a non-league game.
The Trojans (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Casa Grande (Petaluma, CA). The Gauchos go into the non-league game with a 2-3 record.
