North Carolina High School Softball - Dixon bounces Southwest Onslow

March 9, 2022: Jacksonville, NC 28540

The Dixon Bulldogs (Holly Ridge, NC) softball routed the host Southwest Onslow Stallions (Jacksonville, NC), 15-3 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC). The Cardinals go into the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Jacksonville toppled White Oak (Jacksonville, NC), 6-5, in a non-league bout.

The Stallions now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to James Kenan for a East Central 2A bout on Tuesday, March 15. Southwest Onslow will confront a Tigers squad coming off a 11-9 non-league win over Jones (Trenton, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 4-0.
