In Wednesday's league contest, the Murrieta Mesa Rams (Murrieta, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Murrieta Valley Nighthawks (Murrieta, CA), by a margin of 11-0.
With the triumph, Murrieta Mesa moves its record to 9-4 on the year. The Rams travel to Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA) to play the Monarchs in a non-league contest on Thursday, March 10. The Monarchs come into the contest with a record of 4-3. Mater Dei won 9-0 in their recent non-league contest against Dana Hills (Dana Point, CA)
In their next game, the Nighthawks play the Vista Murrieta Broncos (Murrieta, CA) in a Southwestern contest, on Tuesday, March 15. Murrieta Valley will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Broncos come into the contest with a 6-3 record after their 5-2 league win over Great Oak (Temecula, CA).
