Philomath Warriors (Philomath, OR) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Crook County Cowboys (Prineville, OR), 54-43 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Philomath upgrades its record to 21-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host Henley (Klamath Falls, OR) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Friday, March 10. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 16-6. Henley won 77-61 in their recent non-league bout against Baker (Baker City, OR)

Next up, the Cowboys play the Baker Bulldogs (Baker City, OR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 10. Crook County will attempt to upgrade on its 13-9 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 21-5 record after their 77-61 non-league loss to Henley (Klamath Falls, OR).
