California High School Volleyball - Golden Sierra edged by Bear River

The Bear River Bruins held off the visiting Golden Sierra Grizzlies volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Bruins now have a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Juan for a Sierra Delta League test on Tuesday, March 14. Bear River will confront a Spartans team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Wheatland (Wheatland, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 2-3.

The Grizzlies (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA). The Raging Rhinos enter the test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Twelve Bridges held off Vacaville Christian (Vacaville, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
