The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Cypress Bay Lightning (Weston, FL) and the visiting South Plantation Paladins (Plantation, FL), saw Cypress Bay's lacrosse team top South Plantation by a margin of 16-3.
The Lightning (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against West Broward (Pembroke Pines, FL). The Bobcats enter the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record.
The Paladins (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against NSU University (Fort Lauderdale, FL). The Sharks enter the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, NSU University was overwhelmed by Stoneman Douglas (Parkland, FL), 23-6, in a non-league challenge.
