The Mauldin Mavericks tipped the host St. Joseph's Catholic Knights lacrosse team by a score of 14-13 in Thursday's non-league match.
With the win, Mauldin upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Mavericks host Woodmont (Piedmont, SC) to play the Wildcats in a 5A Upper District 1 match on Monday, March 13. The Wildcats go into the match with a record of 0-6. Woodmont lost 12-7 in their recent league match against Greenville (Greenville, SC)
With the defeat, St. Joseph's Catholic drops to 2-5 on the season. The Knights travel to Dorman (Roebuck, SC) to play the Cavaliers in a non-league match on Monday, March 13. The Cavaliers go into the match with a record of 2-5. Dorman lost 11-1 in their recent league match against Spartanburg (Spartanburg, SC)
