In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Seventy-First Falcons soccer squad scored a good 9-0 win over the Union Spartans.
The Falcons (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against South View (Hope Mills, NC). The Tigers go into the United Eight 3A/4A battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, South View was overwhelmed by Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Spartans (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against James Kenan (Warsaw, NC). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record.
