The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Conway Tigers (Conway, SC) and the visiting Lake City Panthers (Lake City, SC), saw Conway's soccer squad triumph over Lake City by a count of 9-3.
The Tigers now hold a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Socastee for a AAAAA Region 5 test on Friday, March 10. Conway will meet a Braves squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Myrtle Beach (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Braves record now stands at 5-1.
With the loss, Lake City drops to 1-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Crestwood (Sumter, SC) to meet the Knights in a AAA Region 6 test on Tuesday, March 14. The Knights come into the test with a record of 0-5. Crestwood lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Lugoff-Elgin (Lugoff, SC)
