East Clarendon Wolverines (Turbeville, SC) backers went home satisfied Thursday as they saw their soccer squad get by the host Manning Monarchs (Manning, SC), 1-0 in a non-league test.

The Wolverines now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lake City for a non-league test on Friday, March 17.

With the loss, Manning drops to 0-3 on the season. The Monarchs travel to Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC) to meet the Warriors in a AAA Region 7 test on Friday, March 10. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 5-4. Waccamaw won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC)
