North Carolina High School Softball - Rosman holds off Andrews

Rosman Tigers (Rosman, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hiwassee Dam for a non-league game on Friday, March 10. Rosman will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 10-9 non-league loss to Franklin (Franklin, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Cherokee Braves (Cherokee, NC) in a Smoky Mountain 1A game, on Tuesday, March 14. Andrews will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
