Mississippi High School Softball - Calhoun City bounces Vardaman

Calhoun City Wildcats (Calhoun City, MS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Vardaman Rams (Vardaman, MS), 7-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Wildcats now own a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Houlka for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 10.

With the loss, Vardaman falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Water Valley (Water Valley, MS) to battle the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 16. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a record of 3-4.
