In Thursday's non-league contest, the Crestwood Knights (Sumter, SC) softball team overwhelmed the host Manning Monarchs (Manning, SC), by a margin of 20-0.
With the triumph, Crestwood moves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Knights host Lee Central (Bishopville, SC) to play the Stallions in a non-league contest on Friday, March 10. The Stallions come into the contest with a record of 0-1. Lee Central lost 16-1 in their recent non-league contest against Lamar (Lamar, SC)
In their next game, the Monarchs play the Loris Lions (Loris, SC) in a AAA Region 7 contest, on Tuesday, March 14. Manning will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
