The Bernalillo Spartans baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Bloomfield Bobcats to 0 in the Spartans non-league victory on Saturday.
The Spartans (6-1) will now prepare for their match against St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM). The Sartans go into the non-league match with a 6-1 record. In their last match, St. Pius X edged Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM), 11-1, in a non-league match.
The Bobcats (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Valencia (Los Lunas, NM). The Jaguars go into the non-league match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Valencia was overwhelmed by Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM), 3-0, in a non-league match.
