The Bishop McGuinness Fighting Irish baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Lawton Wolverines to 0 in the Fighting Irish non-league victory on Saturday.
The Fighting Irish (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Elk City (Elk City, OK). The Elks go into the 4A District 5 match with a 3-0 record.
The Wolverines (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Choctaw (Choctaw, OK). The Yellowjackets go into the 6A District 2 match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Choctaw ran past Midwest City (Midwest City, OK), 7-0, in a non-league match.
