The Centennial Hawks softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Cibola Cougars to 4 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Centennial improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Hawks travel to Belen (Belen, NM) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league game on Friday, March 15. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 4-2. Belen lost 8-7 in their recent non-league game against Valley (Albuquerque, NM)

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Valencia Jaguars (Los Lunas, NM) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 14. Cibola will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Jaguars come into the game with a 1-2 record after their 17-1 non-league loss to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM).
