The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Prescott Badgers (Prescott, AZ) and the host Lake Havasu Knights (Lake Havasu City, AZ), saw Prescott's softball squad nip Lake Havasu by a count of 3-0.

The Badgers now sport a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Empire for a non-league match on Saturday, March 9. Prescott will face a Ravens squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Shadow Ridge (Surprise, AZ). The Ravens record now stands at 6-1.

With the loss, Lake Havasu falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to La Joya Community (Avondale, AZ) to face the Fighting Lobos in a 5A Desert West match on Monday, March 11. The Fighting Lobos enter the match with a record of 0-1. La Joya Community lost 16-15 in their recent non-league test against Copper Canyon (Glendale, AZ)
