Sanger Apaches (Sanger, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Reedley Pirates (Reedley, CA), 7-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Apaches now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host Clovis East for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 12. Sanger will face a Timberwolves squad coming off a 6-3 non-league loss to Bullard (Fresno, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Reedley falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Tulare Union (Tulare, CA) to face the The Tribe in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 12.
