The Fort Dorchester Patriots baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting North Myrtle Beach Chiefs to 0 in the Patriots non-league win on Sunday.

The Patriots now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host East Forsyth for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 12. Fort Dorchester will play a Eagles team coming off a 5-0 league win over R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.
