Texas High School Baseball - Bishop Dunne held off by Grace Prep

In Monday's league bout, the Grace Prep Lions (Arlington, TX) baseball squad the host Bishop Dunne Falcons (Dallas, TX), by a count of 5-3.

The Lions now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brentwood Christian for a TAPPS Division II District 2 challenge on Thursday, March 12. Grace Prep will clash with a Bears team coming off a 15-4 non-league win over BVCHEA HomeSchool (Bryan, TX). The Bears record now stands at 7-4.

With the defeat, Bishop Dunne drops to 3-2 on the year. The Falcons travel to Grace Community (Tyler, TX) to encounter the Cougars in a TAPPS Division II District 2 bout on Tuesday, March 10. The Cougars enter the bout with a record of 1-4. Grace Community lost 4-1 in their recent non-league bout against Coram Deo Academy (Flower Mound, TX)
