Texas High School Softball - Cotulla bounces Dilley

March 9, 2026: Cotulla, TX 78014

In Monday's league test, the Cotulla Cowboys (Cotulla, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Dilley Wolves (Dilley, TX), by a tally of 12-2.

Next, the Cowboys meet the Hondo Owls (Hondo, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 28 test, on Tuesday, March 17. Cotulla will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Owls go into the test with a 11-5 record after their 8-3 league win over Natalia (Natalia, TX).

The Wolves (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Crystal City (Crystal City, TX). The Javelinas go into the 3A Region IV District 28 test with a 7-5 record.
