In Friday's league game, the host White Longhorns baseball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the Adams Cougars.
The Longhorns (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX). The Trojans go into the 5A Region II District 11 game with a 6-13 record. In their last game, Newman Smith overcame Adams (Dallas, TX), 2-1, in a league game.
The Cougars (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Creekview (Carrollton, TX). The Mustangs go into the 5A Region II District 11 game with a 15-3 record. In their last game, Creekview was overwhelmed by Wilson (Dallas, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
