Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Barnesville Shamrocks (Barnesville, OH) and the visiting Buckeye Local Panthers (Rayland, OH), saw Barnesville's baseball squad beat Buckeye Local by a margin of 12-5.

Coming up next, the Shamrocks play the Fort Frye Cadets (Beverly, OH) in a Ohio Valley Athletic AAA battle, on Saturday, April 2. Barnesville will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record.
