With the defeat, Bertie falls to 2-8 on the season. The Falcons host Perquimans (Hertford, NC) to battle the Pirates in a Four Rivers 1A test on Tuesday, April 5. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 13-0. Perquimans won 14-0 in their recent league test against Tarboro (Tarboro, NC)
