The Chesterfield Golden Rams crushed the host Central Eagles baseball team by a count of 11-3 in Friday's league bout.
The Golden Rams now possess a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to York Prep for a AA Region 4 bout on Tuesday, April 5. Chesterfield will face a Patriots team coming off a 12-2 league loss to Buford (Lancaster, SC). The Patriots record now stands at 0-4.
Next, the Eagles face the Buford Yellowjackets (Lancaster, SC) in a AA Region 4 bout, on Monday, April 4. Central will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the bout with a 8-5 record after their 12-2 league win over York Prep (Rock Hill, SC).
