Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Cleburne Yellowjackets (Cleburne, TX) and the host University Trojans (Waco, TX), saw Cleburne's baseball squad knock off University by a count of 19-1.

Coming up next, the Yellowjackets play the Poteet Pirates (Mesquite, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 2. Cleburne will attempt to move on its 12-4 season record. The Pirates enter the battle with a 3-4 record after their 3-1 league win over North Forney (Forney, TX).
