Colleton County Cougars (Walterboro, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Hilton Head Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC), 4-3 in a league test.

With the win, Colleton County upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Cougars travel to Bluffton (Bluffton, SC) to battle the Bobcats in a AAAA Region 7 test on Monday, April 4. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 5-4. Bluffton lost 7-5 in their recent league test against Lucy Beckham (Mt. Pleasant, SC)

With the defeat, Hilton Head falls to 4-8 on the season. The Seahawks travel to Beaufort (Beaufort, SC) to battle the Eagles in a AAAA Region 7 test on Monday, April 4. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 5-8.
