The Tennessee Vikings crushed the visiting Dobyns-Bennett Indians baseball team by a tally of 14-4 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Vikings now hold a 9-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sullivan East for a non-league bout on Monday, April 4. Tennessee will face a Patriots team coming off a 14-4 non-league win over North Greene (Greeneville, TN). The Patriots record now stands at 9-2.
Next, the Indians face the West Ridge Wolves (Blountville, TN) in a 4A District 1 bout, on Monday, April 4. Dobyns-Bennett will attempt to advance on its 6-5 season record. The Wolves enter the bout with a 6-4 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Providence Academy (Johnson City, TN).
