The Sylmar Spartans volleyball team (Sylmar, CA), went down 2-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA)

The Cougars (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Taft (Woodland Hills, CA). The Toreadors come into the non-league challenge with a 2-14 record. In their last challenge, Taft went down by Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans encounter the Reseda Regents (Reseda, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, April 6. Sylmar will attempt to move on its 4-9 season record. The Regents come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 2-0 league loss to Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA).
