The North Stokes Vikings crushed the host Alleghany Trojans baseball team by a count of 19-0 in Friday's league bout.

The Vikings now possess a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount Airy for a bout on Tuesday, April 5. North Stokes will face a Granite Bears team coming off a 9-3 non-league loss to East Surry (Pilot Mountain, NC). The Granite Bears record now stands at 5-4.

Next, the Trojans face the East Wilkes Cardinals (Ronda, NC) in a contest, on Wednesday, April 6. Alleghany will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Cardinals enter the contest with a 2-7 record after their 3-2 league loss to South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC).
