The Corinth Holders Pirates baseball team (Wendell, NC), was overwhelmed 7-3 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Cleveland Rams (Clayton, NC)

The Rams now hold a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garner for a outing on Monday, April 4. Cleveland will confront a Trojans team coming off a 22-4 league win over South Garner (Garner, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 3-4.

Next, the Pirates confront the Terry Sanford Bulldogs (Fayetteville, NC) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, April 6. Corinth Holders will attempt to advance on its 5-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 5-1 record after their 8-6 league win over Harnett Central (Angier, NC).
