The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Apex Cougars (Apex, NC) and the visiting Cary Imps (Cary, NC), saw Apex's lacrosse team top Cary by a margin of 21-2.
The Cougars (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Green Level (Cary, NC). The Gators enter the Southwest Wake challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, Green Level was overwhelmed by Middle Creek (Apex, NC), 14-6, in a league challenge.
The Imps (2-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC). The Golden Hawks enter the Southwest Wake challenge with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, Holly Springs beat Apex Friendship (Apex, NC), 18-12, in a league challenge.
