The Yellowjackets now own a 16-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pearland for a 6A Region III District 23 challenge on Tuesday, April 5. Alvin will face a Oilers squad coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Episcopal (Bellaire, TX). The Oilers record now stands at 19-6.

With the loss, Alief Elsik falls to 6-21 on the campaign. The Rams host Alief Taylor (Houston, TX) to face the Lions in a 6A Region III District 23 challenge on Tuesday, April 5. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 0-4. Alief Taylor lost 16-0 in their recent league challenge against Alvin (Alvin, TX)
