Bridgeport Bulls (Bridgeport, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Lake Worth Bullfrogs (Lake Worth, TX), 19-3 in a league challenge.

The Bulls now own a 10-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Krum for a 4A Region I District 7 challenge on Tuesday, April 5. Bridgeport will battle a Bobcats squad coming off a 19-0 league win over Castleberry (Fort Worth, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 13-4.

With the loss, Lake Worth falls to 6-11 on the campaign. The Bullfrogs travel to Argyle (Argyle, TX) to battle the Eagles in a 4A Region I District 7 challenge on Tuesday, April 5. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 14-7. Argyle won 11-1 in their recent league challenge against Decatur (Decatur, TX)
