The Brookwood Panthers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Curry Yellowjackets to 8 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Brookwood moves its record to 17-21 on the year. The Panthers host Paul W. Bryant (Cottondale, AL) to clash with the Stampede in a 6A Area 7 game on Tuesday, April 5. The Stampede come into the game with a record of 2-13.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets clash with the Hayden Wildcats (Hayden, AL) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 1. Curry will attempt to move on its 16-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the game with a 6-2 record after their 7-1 league win over Corner (Warrior, AL).
