The North Davidson Black Knights softball team (Lexington, NC), was routed 4-1 in Friday's league test with the visiting Central Davidson Spartans (Lexington, NC)
Coming up next, the Spartans encounter the Oak Grove Grizzlies (Winston-Salem, NC) in a Mid-Piedmont 3A test, on Tuesday, April 5. Central Davidson will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Grizzlies come into the test with a 6-4 record after their 2-1 league win over Montgomery Central (Troy, NC).
The Black Knights (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Ledford (Thomasville, NC). The Panthers come into the Mid-Piedmont 3A test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Ledford edged Asheboro (Asheboro, NC), 8-7, in a league test.
