The Woodruff Wolverines softball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Clinton Red Devils to 2 in the Wolverines league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Woodruff improves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Wolverines host Chapman (Inman, SC) to clash with the Panthers in a AAA Region 3 game on Tuesday, April 12. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 7-6.

In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the Saluda Tigers (Saluda, SC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 6. Clinton will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 7-5 record after their 11-6 non-league loss to Ninety Six (Ninety Six, SC).
