Coupeville Wolves (Coupeville, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Friday Harbor Wolverines (Friday Harbor, WA), 26-0 in a league challenge.

The Wolves now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Orcas Island for a 1B/2B Northwest challenge on Tuesday, April 5. Coupeville will battle a Vikings squad coming off a 10-3 league loss to LaConner (LaConner, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Friday Harbor falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Meridian (Bellingham, WA) to battle the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 2. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. Meridian lost 6-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Granite Falls (Granite Falls, WA)
