The Eastern Alamance Eagles softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Northwood Chargers to 0 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Eastern Alamance improves its record to 8-1 on the year. The Eagles travel to Orange (Hillsborough, NC) to clash with the Panthers in a Central 3A game on Tuesday, April 5. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 5-3. Orange lost 8-4 in their recent league game against Person (Roxboro, NC)

In their next game, the Chargers clash with the Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC) in a Central 3A game, on Monday, April 4. Northwood will attempt to improve on its 4-8 season record. The Warriors come into the game with a 6-4 record after their 4-3 league loss to Person (Roxboro, NC).
