The Gateway College Preparatory Gators softball team (Georgetown, TX), was routed 3-0 in Friday's league test with the host Taylor Ducks (Taylor, TX)

Coming up next, the Ducks encounter the Salado Eagles (Salado, TX) in a 4A Region III District 19 test, on Tuesday, April 5. Taylor will attempt to improve on its 13-3 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 15-7 record after their 3-2 league win over Jarrell (Jarrell, TX).

The Gators (7-10) will now prepare for their test against Lake Belton (Temple, TX). The Broncos come into the 4A Region III District 19 test with a 17-5 record. In their last test, Lake Belton edged Burnet (Burnet, TX), 4-2, in a league test.
