Spectators at Friday's league match between the Patriot Pioneers (Nokesville, VA) and the visiting Osbourn Eagles (Manassas, VA), witnessed Patriot's softball squad prevail over Osbourn by a count of 13-2.

The Pioneers now sport a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Forest Park for a non-league match on Monday, April 4.

With the loss, Osbourn moves to 0-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Battlefield (Haymarket, VA) to face the Bobcats in a Cedar Run match on Thursday, April 7. The Bobcats go into the match with a record of 4-0. Battlefield won 11-9 in their recent league match against Osbourn Park (Manassas, VA)
