The Bloomfield Bobcats baseball team (Bloomfield, NM), was overwhelmed 10-0 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Grants Pirates (Grants, NM)
The Pirates now hold a 15-5 record. They take the field next when they host Highland for a 4A District 5 outing on Tuesday, April 4. Grants will face a Hornets team coming off a 20-1 league loss to Belen (Belen, NM). The Hornets record now stands at 1-11.
Next, the Bobcats face the Aztec Tigers (Aztec, NM) in a 4A District 1 outing, on Tuesday, April 4. Bloomfield will attempt to advance on its 10-3 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 8-6 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Montezuma-Cortez (Cortez, CO).
