Mississippi High School Baseball - Newton County loses to Neshoba Central

In Saturday's non-league game, the host Neshoba Central Rockets baseball team scored a tight 19-13 victory over the Newton County Cougars.
The Rockets (5-7) will now prepare for their game against Ridgeland (Ridgeland, MS). The Titans go into the 5A Region 3 game with a 17-4 record.
The Cougars (12-9) will now prepare for their game against Mendenhall (Mendenhall, MS). The Tigers go into the 4A Region 5 game with a 7-8 record.
