The Concord Minutemen volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Mt. Diablo Red Devils to 1 in the Minutemen non-league victory on Saturday.

The Minutemen now have a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Big Valley Christian for a non-league game on Saturday, April 1. Concord will meet a Lions team coming off a 3-2 league win over Stone Ridge Christian (Merced, CA). The Lions record now stands at 7-1.

The Red Devils (7-16) will now prepare for their game against Pittsburg (Pittsburg, CA). The Pirates enter the non-league game with a 7-7 record. In their last game, Pittsburg was nudged by Deer Valley (Antioch, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
