The Galena Grizzlies baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Spanish Springs Cougars to 0 in the Grizzlies non-league victory on Saturday.
The Grizzlies (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Elko (Elko, NV). The Indians go into the non-league match with a 7-1 record. In their last match, Elko ran past Yerington (Yerington, NV), 21-6, in a non-league match.
The Cougars (7-4) will now prepare for their match against McQueen (Reno, NV). The Lancers go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, McQueen was overwhelmed by Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV), 15-2, in a non-league match.
