Illinois High School Baseball - Sterling loses to Rock Island

In Saturday's league game, the visiting Rock Island Rocks baseball team scored a nice 9-1 victory over the Sterling Golden Warriors.
The Rocks (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Limestone (Bartonville, IL). The Rockets go into the non-league game with a 7-1 record.
The Golden Warriors (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Freeport (Freeport, IL). The Pretzels go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Freeport was overwhelmed by Dakota (Dakota, IL), 8-3, in a non-league game.
