Spring Creek Spartans (Spring Creek, NV) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Dayton Dust Devils (Dayton, NV), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Spartans now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elko for a challenge on Friday, April 14. Spring Creek will face a Indians squad coming off a 14-4 league win over Lowry (Winnemucca, NV). The Indians record now stands at 5-0.

With the loss, Dayton falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Dust devils host Truckee (Truckee, CA) to face the Wolverines in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 10. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a record of 0-3. Truckee lost 16-0 in their recent league challenge against Churchill County (Fallon, NV)
