Almira-Coulee-Hartline Warriors (Coulee City, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Republic Tigers (Republic, WA), 20-5 in a league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Lake Roosevelt for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 11. Almira-Coulee-Hartline will battle a Raiders squad coming off a 20-0 league win over Liberty Bell (Winthrop, WA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Republic falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Inchelium (Inchelium, WA) to battle the Hornets in a 1B Northeast challenge on Tuesday, April 18. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 6-0.
