The Caledonia Cavaliers (Caledonia, MS) softball the host Tishomingo County Braves (Iuka, MS), 9-7 in Saturday's league bout.
The Cavaliers (12-6) will now prepare for their bout against Columbus (Columbus, MS). The Falcons go into the non-league bout with a 0-3 record.
The Braves now possess a 13-8 record. They play next when they host Mooreville for a 4A Region 1 bout on Tuesday, April 4. Tishomingo County will confront a Troopers squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Itawamba Agricultural (Fulton, MS). The Troopers record now stands at 3-6.
