The Littlefield Wildcats softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Denver City Mustangs to 7 in the Wildcats league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Littlefield moves its record to 15-6 on the year. The Wildcats host Lamesa (Lamesa, TX) to clash with the Tornadoes in a 3A Region I District 3 game on Tuesday, April 4. The Tornadoes come into the game with a record of 11-2. Lamesa won 16-0 in their recent league game against Denver City (Denver City, TX)

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Muleshoe Mules (Muleshoe, TX) in a 3A Region I District 3 game, on Tuesday, April 4. Denver City will attempt to move on its 4-10 season record. The Mules come into the game with a 7-12 record after their 10-0 league loss to Brownfield (Brownfield, TX).
